I get a real kick out of the anglisization of many of the product names in Indonesia... this is one of the ones that makes me grin every time I'm in the shampoo/toiletries aisle in the supermarket!
I remember talking with my cousin Julianne about the thing I like most about traveling to a new country: exploring the markets, and supermarkets! I think at the time we were scanning a mom'n'pop shop in Galapagos for new and unusual sweet treats. Being in a local market or looking at the shelves lining a supermarket is what makes me really feel like I'm in a new place, and even after being there a while, reminds me I still have a lot to learn.
